Entry

You must pass the skill test to be qualified for the prize draw.

All Competitions have an alternative free entry route.

Payment

(a)Once the Entrant has chosen the desired tickets or is given them randomly an email confirmation will be sent with the Entrant’s payment details and Competition entry confirmation.

(b)Payments shall be made in pound Stirling (GBP) by the Entrant via the payment gateway.

Skill

The Entrant must answer a question correctly or give the right solution to a problem or puzzle that will be required to prove the Entrant’s skill, knowledge, and/or judgment. By answering correctly, the Entrant will be qualified for the competition prize draw.

The Entrant

The entrant is defined as those who qualify as eligible to enter the competitions online or via other methods the promotor may offer.

Eligibility

The Competition is open for entry to all persons aged 18 or over from the UK and Ireland excluding the owners, household family, professional advisers, or anyone connected with the development or operation of the Website or conducts administration of the Competition in any way, shape or form.

The Winner

All entrants who correctly answer the competition question will be placed into a draw and the winner will be chosen by random draw once the maximum number of entries has been reached, or when the set end date is reached. Proof of identity must be provided upon collection and match the winning entrant’s details provided upon entry into the competition. The winner must collect the prize themselves and shall not be appointed to someone else on their behalf.

The Promoter has the right to ask for a photograph taken for use on the website/social media pages. The Promoter will only post the winner’s photograph if approved by the winner.

Competition Duration

Each Competition will run for a specified period with a start and an end date and time. The start and end date and time shall be visible and accessible to any individual competition. The promoter may bring the draw date forward if the maximum number of tickets has been reached.

1 GENERAL

By entering a Competition the Entrant will be deemed to be eligible to do so, read understand, and agree with these terms and conditions and are legally bound by them.

1.2. The Entrants and the Promoter recognize that the Promoter may use contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998, supplied by the Entrants to the Promoter to administer the Website and conduct the Competition according to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The Entrants and the Promoter also recognize that the Promoter may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.

1.4. All Entrants must submit all the contact details requested by the Promoter which include email address, contact number, and full name.

1.5. Entrants agree to give the right to the Promoter to use contact details for the purpose of notifying the winner and posting the winner’s name and location to promote the business. Entrants shall comply with the privacy policy and is Entrant’s responsibility to provide the Promoter with correct and up-to-date contact information.

PRIVACY POLICY

2.1. Pimp My Prize Competitions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data when you visit or store it on our website (regardless of where you visit it from).

2.2. This privacy policy aims to protect your information when collecting and processing your personal data through the Pimp My Prize Competitions website and shall be read together with any other provided Policy.

2.5. The Entrants and the Promoter recognize that the Promoter may use contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 supplied by the Entrants to the Promoter to administer the Website and conduct the Competition according to these Terms and Conditions.

2.6. The Entrants and the promoter also recognize that the promoter may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes • the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.

2.7. The Promoter has the right to investigate Entrants’ eligibility for competition on the act of suspicion.

2.7. The Entrant shall be aware of the Gaming Addiction Awareness Program.

COMPETITION

3.1. The Competition is to all persons aged 18 or over from the UK and Ireland excluding the owners, household families, professional advisers, or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Website or conducts administration of the Competition in any way, shape or form.

3.2. Only completed Entries that contain the correct answer as held by the Promoter will be entered into the Competition. Failure to answer any question correctly via the website will still result in the Entrant being charged with no right to a refund.

3.3. The Competition is operated by Pimp My Prize Competitions.

3.4. By entering the Competition, all Entrants acknowledge that their payment for each entry to answer the Question and thereby enter the Competition does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize.

3.5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any Entrant if having reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and site Policy, or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by the Promoter to be illegal.

3.6. As a condition of entering the Competition, Entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters the Competition unlawfully.

3.7. The Entrant and the Promoter recognize that the Competition, its administration, and all associated activities are governed by English Law, and the Promoter and Entrants recognize that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising out of the Competition or its administration.

3.8. Availability competition fees are at the discretion of the promoter and will be specified at the point of sale of the website.

3.9. All Entries will become the property of the promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

3.9.1. All competitions shall have a starting date and end date, the Promoter has the right to extend the end date on exceptional circumstances only and nevertheless with the intention of selling more tickets.

3.9.2. Any Entrants using more than one contact detail are subject to be disqualified.

4 ENTRIES

4.1. There is no limit to the number of times a person can enter a competition unless otherwise specified.

4.2. In answering the Question, the Entrant recognizes that they must exercise skill, Knowledge, and judgment to give the correct answer /solution.

4.3 When the maximum number of entries and/or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close; however, the date may be brought forward if the entries are sold sooner than the closing date.

4.4. To conclude an entry into the Competition, an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number) and card payment details (for entry fee only). Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved.

4.5. Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.

4.6. All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be given at any time or for any reason, except in the case the competition gets cancelled.

4.7. Free entries will be treated in the exact same manner as the paid entries, in addition, the free entries will be entered into the ‘Live Draws’ in the same manner. Standard competition Terms & Conditions apply for free entries.

CLOSING THE COMPETITION

5.1. If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 7 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by e-mail, telephone, Facebook, or mail via the contact details submitted along with their entry, then the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize to an alternate winner. Alternate winner, who will then have 7 days to accept the prize following the same routes of contact as the original Winner. The original winner will not have a claim over the prize after the Alternate Winner has been selected.

5.2 If the Number of Entries to the Competition does not exceed the maximum number of entries at the closing date, the Competition and prize offered will still be given regardless.

6 CONTEST/SELECTING WINNER

6.1. There will only be one winner per competition unless otherwise stated.

6.2. Entry lists will be displayed on our Facebook page – and/or our website with the draw date and time included.

6.3. The winning Entrant will be selected via a live draw; each Entrant will be assigned a number. Each draw type may vary, generally a random number generator will be used, however, entrants will be notified of how the draw will be done. All draws will be made live within 48 hours of the competition closing. Pimp My Prize Competitions guarantees that all winners will be picked at random via the chosen draw method.

6.4. Full details of the draw date/time will be confirmed once the competition has been concluded via Facebook and or our website. This decision will be made within 48 hours of the close of the competition.

PRIZE

7.1. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition, or any other information provided on the Website. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties that the information provided on the Website is accurate, complete, or up to date The Promoter does not imply or give any warranty or accept any valuation of the prize. The Entrant must make up their own decision through their own inquiries and legal advice before entering the competition.

7.2. Collection of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner, from the Promoter’s address unless otherwise agreed between the Promoter and the Winner.

7.3. The prize for the competition is described on the Website (the ‘Prize’). Details of the Prize are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information, and belief, to correct as at the Opening Date.

7.4. The prize will be awarded at the time of the draw, alternatives by Entrant requests will be at the Promoter’s decision.

7.5. The Promoter owns any prize offered from the time the competition is live until the successful handover is as outlined in the section.

7.6. The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier*). Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website.

7.7. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of entry into the competition at the time that the prize is collected.

7.8. The prize can only be claimed by the winner. Proof of ID and address must be given to receive the prize.

7.9. Cash Prizes will be given by bank transfer, denoting bank details will be requested for cash payments.

ELIGIBILITY

8.1 By entering the competition, confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the competition.

8.2. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the Entrant if any conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

8.3. The competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

8.4. No refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event, including
(a) if, following your entry into the competition, the Entrant subsequently finds out that is not eligible to enter the competition or claim the Prize:

(b) if, following the Entrant’s entry into the competition the eligibility criteria for entering the competition or claiming the Prize changes and is no longer eligible; or no

8.5. Entrants can enter the competition as many times as they wish until the maximum number of entries has been received. Entrants submitting free entries must submit each entry separately. Bulk entries, if received, will not be accepted and will only be counted as one single entry.

9.1 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant resulting from incomplete entries, computer technical failure, or network connections.

9.2. An Entrant shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the engages in

(a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent).

(b) fraudulent misrepresentation.

(d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or

(e) amending, or unauthorized use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website.

9.3. The winner has sole responsibility for any TAX or/and VAT duties on acceptance of the prize when delivered unless otherwise stated.
